【第40回ソーシャルワーク実践研究会】

本学では2008年に精神保健福祉士養成課程を開設しましたが、2025年度入学生を最後に養成課程の受け入れを終了しました。現在、養成課程で学んでいるのは2回生以上の学生のみとなっています。
同養成課程では、国家資格の取得をゴールとするのではなく、資格取得を専門職としての実践と研鑽の出発点と位置づけた教育を行ってきました。この理念に基づき、2015年からクローズド形式の卒後教育を実施しており、現在も継続しています。
今回は、課程開設当初より非常勤講師として養成教育にかかわってくださった畚野真木さんをスピーカーにお迎えしました。
大学卒業後にアルコール依存症専門クリニックに入職され、働きながら本学大学院に進学されました。その後、ご結婚や出産、ご家族の転勤など、さまざまなライフイベントを経験しながら、その時々の状況に応じた形で続けてこられたソーシャルワーク実践について、お話しいただきました。
当日は、2人のお子さんを連れて参加された養成課程1期生の姿も見られ、ライフイベントと仕事の両立というテーマへの関心の高さがうかがえました。
Balancing Life Events and Work: Building a Career While Maintaining One's Personal Life.

Our university launched its Certified Mental Health Social Worker training program in 2008. However, the program ceased admitting new students after the 2025 entering cohort.
The program has always regarded national certification not as the ultimate goal but as the starting point for professional practice and lifelong professional development. Based on this philosophy, we have offered an exclusive continuing education program for graduates since 2015, and this initiative continues today.
For this session, we welcomed Ms. Maki Fugono, who has been involved in the program as a part-time lecturer since its inception. After graduating from university, she began working at a specialized clinic for alcohol dependence and later pursued graduate studies at our university while continuing her professional practice. Over the course of her career, she experienced major life events—including marriage, childbirth, and her family’s relocation—while continuing her social work practice by adapting to the changing circumstances of each stage of her life.
On the day of the event, a member of the program’s first cohort also attended with her two children, highlighting the strong interest in the theme of balancing life events and professional work.
